Hello folks! Sorry to all of you who have sent texts, left messages on my cell phone, emailed goodwill messages and otherwise directed congratulations our way only to receive nothing in return. I just want to say I love you and I want you to come and visit.
I've neglected communication with the world on account of the most un-demanding baby ever. And yet, it's amazing how much time Miss Olivia occupies! Right now she's asleep with her dad and I'm enjoying a little Sunday morning quiet with a cup of coffee looking out the window at the melting snow on our street and listening to some 1980s college radio on the internet.
Overall, we're getting into a rhythm of feeding and diaper changing and sleeping. Olivia seems to believe that 10pm-1am are her party hours. Chris and I have been taking turns on baby duty and I can see by the bottles and blankets strewn around the living room that they had quite a time last night. I slept through the whole thing, however. :)
Speaking of, I should probably go squeeze the baby.
